Wir nehmen die Aufgabe des Datenschutzes und die diesbezüglichen Vorschriften der DSGVO ernst und möchten Sie hiermit informieren, in welcher Weise wir den Verpflichtungen der Datenschutzgrundverordnung nachkommen.
Welche Daten werden von uns für welche Zwecke gespeichert, erfasst und verwendet?
Grundsätzlich werden von uns nur solche Daten unserer Kunden erhoben, die wir für die Erfüllung unserer Dienstleistungsverträge benötigen.
Das sind konkret Kontakt- und Firmendaten, Firmenname, Adresse, UID Nummer und Firmenbuchnummer.
Von unseren Ansprechpartnern verwalten wir Kontaktinformationen, E-Mail Adresse, Telefon- und Mobiltelefonnummern.
Diese Kontaktdaten verwenden wir auch, um gelegentlich über Veranstaltungen oder Neuigkeiten zu unseren Produkten zu informieren.
Von andromeda werden keinerlei Kundendaten an Dritte weitergegeben.
Falls Sie von uns keine Informationen zu Veranstaltungen oder Produktinformationen wünschen, teilen Sie uns das bitte schriftlich per E-Mail an office@andromeda.software mit.
Testmandanten, Testsysteme
Um Hotlineanfragen und Fehlermeldungen rasch und unter Berücksichtigung Ihrer unternehmensspezifischen Anwendung unserer Softwareprodukte bearbeiten zu können, halten wir lokale Kopien von ausgewählten Kundensystemen, die wir als Testmandanten bezeichnen.
Diese Testmandanten liegen ausschließlich im Rechenzentrum der andromeda (Standort Wien) und werden nur zum Zweck der Fehleranalyse genutzt.
Um den Schutz Ihrer Klientendaten sicherzustellen, werden alle personenbezogenen Daten anonymisiert und ausschließlich auf hauseigene Server importiert, die für Dritte nicht zugänglich sind. Die Systeme sind zutrittsgesichert und durch State-of-the-Art Firewallsysteme und Malwareschutz vor unbefugten Zugriffen abgesichert. Unsere Mitarbeiter sind alle zu Verschwiegenheit und Datenschutz verpflichtet. Im Falle einer Vertragskündigung werden die entsprechenden Testmandanten unverzüglich gelöscht.
Sonstige Maßnahmen zum Datenschutz und zur Datensicherheit
Unsere Datenverarbeitungssysteme unterliegen ohne Ausnahme strengen administrativen Vorgaben für Passwortkomplexität und werden durch mehrfache Firewalls geschützt. Sie sind stets in abgesperrten Räumen verwahrt und nur zwei Administratoren zugänglich, die dem Datenschutz und der Verschwiegenheit verpflichtet sind.
Teamviewer
Wenn wir uns im Rahmen von Hotlineanfragen mittels Teamviewer auf Ihr System verbinden, haben wir Einblick in Ihre Klientendaten. Unsere Mitarbeiter sind dazu verpflichtet, diese Informationen vertraulich zu behandeln.

We take the task of data protection and the related provisions of the GDPR seriously and would like to inform you hereby how we comply with the obligations of the General Data Protection Regulation.
What data do we store, collect and use for what purposes?
As a matter of principle, we only collect the data of our customers that we need for the fulfilment of our service contracts.
Specifically, this includes contact and company data, company name, address, VAT number and company register number.
We manage contact information, e-mail address, telephone and mobile phone numbers from our contact persons.
We also use these contact details to occasionally inform you about events or news about our products.
andromeda does not pass on any customer data to third parties.
If you do not wish to receive information from us about events or product information, please let us know in writing by e-mail to office@andromeda.software.
Test Clients, Test Systems
In order to be able to process hotline inquiries and error messages quickly and taking into account your company-specific application of our software products, we keep local copies of selected customer systems, which we refer to as test clients.
These test clients are located exclusively in the data center of andromeda (Vienna location) and are only used for the purpose of error analysis.
To ensure the protection of your client data, all personal data is anonymized and imported exclusively to in-house servers that are not accessible to third parties. The systems are access-secured and protected against unauthorized access by state-of-the-art firewall systems and malware protection. Our employees are all committed to confidentiality and data protection. In the event of a contract termination, the corresponding test clients will be deleted immediately.
Other measures for data protection and data security
Without exception, our data processing systems are subject to strict administrative requirements for password complexity and are protected by multiple firewalls. They are always kept in locked rooms and are only accessible to two administrators who are committed to data protection and confidentiality.
Teamviewer
When we connect to your system via Teamviewer as part of hotline enquiries, we have insight into your client data. Our employees are obliged to keep this information confidential.
